YOUTH PROTECTION POLICY CHANGE EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2010
Effective January 1, 2011; we will begin requiring all Cubmasters, Scoutmasters, Venture and Exploring Advisors to be trained by the end of the year.... In 2012 we will begin requiring all Den Leaders, Webelos Leaders, Assistant Scoutmasters and anyone else with direct contact to be trained. Training will be a requirement to charter a unit.

Many of the courses can be taken online. A login is required, but anyone may create a user account and view the courses.
