This Webelos to Scout Transition Plan is a guide for the Distrcit/Council, District Commissioners, District Advancement Chairman as well as a guide for the Cubmaster, Webelos Leaders, and the Scoutmaster to promote and facitiltate a smooth transition from Webelos to Boy Scouting. The program is designed to start in December of each year.
