YOUTH PROTECTION POLICY CHANGE EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2010 CLICK HERE... Effective January 1, 2011; we will begin requiring all Cubmasters, Scoutmasters, Venture and Exploring Advisors to be trained by the end of the year.... In 2012 we will begin requiring all Den Leaders, Webelos Leaders, Assistant Scoutmasters and anyone else with direct contact to be trained. Training will be a requirement to charter a unit.
